Agreement
By using Saylogue, you agree to these terms and the Apple Standard End User License Agreement. If the terms conflict, Apple's terms control where required.
What Saylogue is
Saylogue is communication-practice and educational software. It is not therapy, medical care, crisis support, legal advice, employment advice, deception detection, or a guarantee of any social or professional outcome. You remain responsible for what you say and do in real situations.
Your content
You retain ownership of scenario details, recordings, transcripts, stories, and reflections you create. You grant Saylogue only the limited rights needed to process features you request. Do not record another person without the permission required by applicable law.
Acceptable use
You may not use Saylogue to:
- harass, threaten, exploit, or impersonate another person;
- plan violence, abuse, fraud, or other illegal activity;
- create sexual content involving minors;
- circumvent security, subscriptions, usage limits, or platform rules;
- interfere with the service or attempt unauthorized access.
We may restrict features when needed to protect users, comply with law, or maintain service integrity.
Subscriptions
Any Saylogue Plus subscription shown in the app will disclose its price, billing period, trial terms, and renewal before purchase. Apple handles billing. Subscriptions renew unless canceled through Apple at least 24 hours before the current period ends, subject to Apple's terms. Restore Purchases is available in the app.
Availability and changes
Features may change as the product improves. We work to preserve local data and provide clear failure states, but uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed. We may update these terms with a new effective date.
Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Saylogue is provided “as is” without warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded. Tepesoft Systems is not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the app. These limits do not exclude rights that applicable consumer law does not allow us to exclude.
